The Free tier lets you try the platform risk-free before committing to a paid subscription. On top of that, every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, so you have ample opportunity to evaluate the full service.
The current prices for each tier are shown on our website (the pricing page) and in your account dashboard at the moment of purchase.
Price changes. Blockchain Decoded reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will be communicated to the User in writing at least 30 days in advance. In case of a price increase for an ongoing Subscription, the User has the right to terminate the Agreement free of charge, effective from the date the price increase takes effect. If the User does not cancel, they agree to the new price.
Definition: The "Lifetime" subscription provides access to Blockchain Decoded for the operational lifetime of the platform, which means:

Platform Changes: If we discontinue the platform, or in the event of a substantial change to the service — meaning a fundamental change to the nature of the service provided, a merger with or acquisition by another party, or a full restructuring of the service — the Lifetime subscription ends. After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
To request a refund, email support@blockchaindecoded.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Statutory right of withdrawal (Consumers). If you are a Consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above already meets or exceeds this right.
Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately, by starting to use the Service during the 14-day period you: (a) expressly consent to immediate performance of the Agreement during the withdrawal period; and (b) acknowledge that, if you withdraw after the Service has been fully performed, you may lose your right of withdrawal, and that for the part already delivered a proportionate (pro-rata) amount is payable for the period you had access.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to Users who are not Consumers (business/B2B Users); for such Users it is expressly excluded.
Service interruptions: while we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee or Service Level Agreement (see Section 8.2), this does not exclude any mandatory rights you may have as a Consumer in the event of a prolonged or serious failure of the Service. In such a case, please contact support and we will seek a reasonable resolution.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only.
The Service does not host user-generated content: Users do not upload, post, or publish content on the Platform. Any feedback you voluntarily send us (for example through the in-app feedback form) may be used by us to operate and improve the Service.

We are happy to resolve any questions or problems together, directly. If something is not right, please email us at support@blockchaindecoded.com with a description of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and to respond substantively within 14 days. If we need more time, we will let you know within that period and give an indication of when you can expect an answer.
These Terms and any Agreement are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, the dispute will be submitted exclusively to the competent court of the Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, location Groningen — without prejudice to any mandatory right a Consumer has to bring the dispute before another court designated by law.
Blockchain Decoded reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Blockchain Decoded will notify the User in writing (by email) of changes to these Terms of Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

These Terms (plus our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right isn't a waiver of that right.
