Liquidation Heatmap
Explanation
AnalyticsThe Liquidation Heatmap estimates where leveraged futures positions would be force-closed, drawn as bands across price and time. Brighter bands mark price levels holding a larger cluster of estimated liquidations, and darker areas hold few. It is built from CoinGlass futures price and aggregated open interest, so it models likely liquidation zones rather than recording positions that actually closed. A bright band is a level where a lot of leverage would unwind at once, and those bands tend to fade once price trades through them.
Read the bands as relative liquidity, not exact dollar amounts. A wall only matters compared with the others on screen, and the brightest zones are areas of interest rather than precise targets.
